Note! When you fill out the form you make an inquiry about a reservation. We will mail you an answer the same day. If a reservation is possible we will mail you first and then send you a confirmation and an invoice with the postal service.

Terms of payment etc
Reservation turns binding when:
Payment has taken place, at the latest on the date that is given on the paying-in form, normally about 10 days after you’ve made your reservation. At this time the cancellation protection, if any, should be paid.
Payment:
The partial payment is normally 900 SEK plus cancellation protection, if any, of 250 SEK.
If the total amount of the reservation is lower than 1 800 SEK the whole amount is to be paid about 10 after the reservation has been made.
Final payment at 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation earlier than 40 days before arrival:
Without cancellation protection
The full amount except a service charge of 600 SEK will be repaid.
With cancellation protection
The full amount except a service charge of 200 SEK will be repaid.
Cancellation later than 40 days before arrival:
Without cancellation protection
No repayment, a credit note may be given when special reasons for the cancellation exists.
With cancellation protection
The full amount except a service charge of 200 SEK will be repaid. This is valid to day before arrival.
Cancellation protection:
Cancellation protection costs 250 SEK.
Reason for cancellation must not be known at time for reservation. Valid reasons are:
1. death, disease or accident of a more serious art that happens to you personal, husband/wife, cohabitants, family or fellow traveller.
2. water damage, fire or other damage that happens to the own home.
Reason for cancellation must be verified by a doctors certificate, insurance company or similar. If no valid reason can be proved there will be no repayment.
The cabin:
Guests will clean cabins before leaving. The cabin will be inspected before leaving. If damage or loss of effects has occurred during the stay the guest must notify and compensate for this before leaving. On day of arrival, checking in is from 1pm. If you are to arrive later than 6 pm we would like you to inform the reception. Checking out and inspection of the cabin will take place before noon on day of departure.
Regulations:
We apply to regulations set by Nordic camping organisations, you will find these on the notice board on the reception building. Violation against these regulations may result in guest being dismissed from the area. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in or by the cabin or in or by the caravan/tent.
The camping business responsibility:
The camping business is responsible for damage that has been caused to the guest by proven carelessness from the company or its employees within the frame of their official duty. The camping business will not be responsible for damage that has been caused to the guest by an outsider or by another guest. Nor by damage that is beyond the company’s control, such as natural disasters. |
